Returns
Custom lettering is cut to your text and cannot be resold, so it is not returnable for a change of mind. Please check your spelling in the preview before ordering — the preview is exactly what we cut.
If something is wrong
If we cut it wrong, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days and we will remake it. Photograph it before you try to apply it — that is much easier for both of us than working out what happened afterwards.
